Job Summary

We seek a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The role involves driving sales via telephone-based marketing and sales strategies, effectively communicating CorDx's value to healthcare professionals and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through outbound calls and emails
• Understand customer needs to promote CorDx products effectively
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Provide product information and demonstrations online
• Collaborate with the field sales team to identify growth opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities
• Participate in product training and industry webinars
• Attend industry conferences as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
• Inside sales experience, preferably in healthcare or IVD industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• High integrity and commitment to success
