About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative at Caseware, your goal will be to drive new, upsell, and cross-sell sales of Caseware’s product suite, focusing on small and medium-sized clients within our US market.

Responsibilities
  1. Generate leads using prospecting tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn.
  2. Create email campaigns using sales and marketing assets.
  3. Contact and qualify inbound and outbound leads, establishing relationships with decision-makers.
  4. Present high-level solutions and provide value guidance to prospects.
  5. Monitor sales goals and work to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales strategies.
  7. Assist with marketing automation efforts.
  8. Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
  1. 2+ years in tech sales or a similar customer-facing role, preferably SaaS sales.
  2. Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, and prospecting tools like ZoomInfo.
  3. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  4. Ability to manage high-volume tasks and leads effectively.
  5. Educational background in sales, business, accounting, or finance.
  6. Knowledge of accounting and financial processes is a plus.
