Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is hiring a remote Sales Associate in New Jersey to contact homeowners about window and door needs and schedule in-home consultations with our sales team. This role is work-from-home with potential for ongoing training.

You’ll earn $20/hr with uncapped bonuses. Most reps earn additional bonuses based on appointments set. Benefits include PTO, paid holidays, 401(k) with company match, and full insurance coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Sales experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Sales mindset and metrics driven.
• Outgoing personality with professionalism and strong communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, CRMs, and dialer systems preferred.
• Must live in New Jersey to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Dial out to homeowners at a high pace (target of 30 outbound calls per hour) while handling heavy inbound flow.
• Document and track all set appointments accurately per company standards.
• Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls across multiple systems.

Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

Full Time. Uncapped Bonuses. Sales Experience Preferred.

You will be contacting homeowners to discuss their window and door needs, sharing what makes our products different and scheduling in-home consultations with our sales team. This role would be a work from home, remote position.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Dial out to 30 homeowners an hour while tending to heavy inbound call flow for homeowners who have contacted us via one of our marketing avenues
• Document and track all set appointments accurately so that all future customer demonstration and price activity is done per company standards
• Managing high volume of inbound and outbound calls while multitasking through various systems

• An outgoing personality with professionalism, strong work ethics, and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft office, CRMs, and dialer systems preferred.

What you’ll earn:

• $20/hr with uncapped bonus structure based on appointments set.
  • Most reps average $22-$25/hr with bonuses.

Schedule:

• Must be able to work some morning and evenings shifts, and one weekend shift every week.

Hourly Rate

$20—$20 USD
