Job summary

SeaWide Distribution, a division of Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc., is seeking an Inside Sales Representative – Marine to join our Eastvale, CA team. You will develop an established marine customer base and actively pursue new business opportunities.

You will assist customers with marine electronics, navigation systems, engine maintenance, and related parts, while collaborating with the outside sales team to achieve growth targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to train the right person.

About The Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work with an established marine customer base, develop new business, follow up on qualified leads, and recommend products that support each customer’s needs. You’ll help customers navigate marine electronics, navigation systems, engine maintenance, bottom paint, safety devices, and more.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales, account management, customer service, retail sales, call center sales, marine parts, boating, or related experience preferred; willing to train the right person
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Competitive, motivated mindset with comfort asking for the sale
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer relationships
• Comfort working with computers, Microsoft Office, and customer database systems
• Occasional travel for customer visits or trade shows
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
