Job summary

Agency Services is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative (Independent Contractor) to drive new business for local digital marketing services. You will own the end-to-end sales process from discovery to close, with a commission-only compensation structure backed by training and support.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years selling digital marketing to small businesses, experience closing full-cycle deals, and comfort with HubSpot CRM and asynchronous outreach.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience selling digital marketing services to small businesses.
• Proven full cycle deals and objections handling.
• Experience in commission-only or 1099 sales roles.
• Self-starters who want structure, not hand-holding.
• Familiar with HubSpot CRM and sales tracking tools.
• Ability to produce video intros and handle asynchronous outreach.

Responsibilities

• Work a targeted list of qualified leads (provided).
• Perform cold outreach: calls, emails, SMS, Loom videos.
• Book and run your own discovery/sales calls.
• Close deals and hand off to our in-house fulfillment team.
• Track opportunities and pipeline activity daily.
• Follow up persistently and professionally.
• Attend weekly training sessions and use our call recordings to improve.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with small business owners.
