Position: Inside Sales Representative

**THIS IS A REMOTE - 14-WEEK PROJECT**

Requirements:

• AA/BS/BA or equivalent practical experience; preferred
• 2+ years inside sales, direct sales, customer service, or telemarketing experience; preferred
• Prior service contract selling experience, strong customer service skills, confidence, professionalism, and self-motivation are ideal
• Excellent time management skills and ability to foster positive client relationships
• Proven sales success with documented results
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prospect, build a pipeline, and manage opportunities through the sales cycle, proposing solutions to decision makers

Responsibilities:

• Introduce client’s service contract options to current customers
• Generate new business through email and outbound calls
• Target biomed and materials management departments for initial outreach
• Identify key decision makers and influence their choices regarding service contracts
• Review equipment and warranty details to recommend suitable service contracts
• Share the formal Service Menu Document with clients
• Follow up via calls and emails for feedback and further engagement
• Understand customer needs through attentive listening and offer tailored solutions for upgrades or new services
• Develop solutions that align with client goals based on discussions

The potential hourly pay range is $34-$36, depending on experience, education, location, and schedule. Additional incentives, bonuses, and benefits may also be offered.
