Home Improvement Sales Representative (Southern California)

Saber is GROWING! We are seeking dynamic Outside Sales Representatives to REDEFINE the homeowner experience in Concrete, Foundation, and Crawlspace repair solutions. If you're motivated, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

• Training Pay: Base plus commission for up to 6 months.
• Then Commission Only: 9%-11% per sale

• Conduct in-home consultations to educate homeowners on long-term solutions for their property.

Additional Details

• Potential Start Date: June 2, 2025 (no exceptions)
• Initial Travel: Must be able to travel for advanced Sales Training to our sister offices for week one (June 2-6, Arizona) and week three (June 16-20, Utah). Travel expenses will be covered.
