About the role:
St John Ambulance NSW (St John NSW) are at an exciting point in our commercial products and services and are seeking an experienced, results driven Inside Sales Representative | B2B to join our team at our State Office at Macquarie Park.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in phone -based or face-to-face sales and a desire to further your sales career. In this Sales & Service role, you’ll be proactive for outbound sales activity where you’ll be achieving your targets and contributing to the businesses’ overall growth goals.You’ll demonstrate confidence, resilience and a desire to learn and grow.

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Conduct outbound, B2B phone calls, engaging with customers and business owners across NSW, generating new leads and potential business opportunities
Develop a clear call plan to maximise commercial product and training sales in the nominated sector or portfolio.
Prospecting to upsell and cross sell products and services.
Update customers on new product launches, new training offerings and promotional programs.
Ensure CRM system (Dynamics 365) is kept up to date with accurate notes.
Build and maintain a sales pipeline in line with nominated KPI’s.
Your key attributes:
The ability to establish new relationships and manage designated portfolio relationships to achieve sales growth.
Demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience working in an outbound, B2B environment.
Demonstrated experience working to agreed sales targets and KPIs.
Sound CRM experience (knowledge of D365 would be advantageous).
Effective time management skills with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability and experience engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
