ABC Supply Interiors is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to assist customers with their building material purchases and provide expert product knowledge. From greeting customers to finalizing sales, you will deliver outstanding service and grow long-term relationships.

Responsibilities include advising on product features, coordinating deliveries, supporting sales strategies, and up-selling appropriate items. A positive, team-oriented attitude and good communication skills are essential.

Formación

• 1-2 years’ experience with interior building products is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid time management and prioritization skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Bilingual - Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in developing ABC Supply Interiors solutions to meet their needs.
• Discuss features and benefits of products and services.
• Establish rapport with new customers and nurture relationships with long term customers.
• Solicit feedback from customers on products and services.
• Coordinate delivery requests to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the development of branch sales plan and strategy.
• Assist in the design and execution of merchandising strategy.
• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions, up-selling additional products and supplies for each job.
• Answer incoming phone calls and emails to assist customers in a timely manner.
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account.
• Arrange with the warehouse for customer product pickup.
• Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked.
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise.

ABC Supply Interiorsis a leading specialty distributor of drywall, ceiling tiles, steel framing and other building materials used by commercial and residential contractors. ABC Supply Interiors delivers the products and capabilities offered by a national distributor paired with the service and personal touch usually found only in a locally owned business.

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will provide assistance to customers as they purchase the materials they need for a variety of building projects. From the moment you greet customers until their sales have been finalized, you will provide them with superior service and building material expertise.

Specific duties may include:

• Assisting customers in developing ABC Supply Interio solutions to meet their needs
• Discussing features and benefits of products and services
