ABC Supply Interiors in Madison, WI is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to assist customers purchasing building materials and provide expert product knowledge from greeting to final sale.

You will discuss features, establish rapport, coordinate deliveries, support branch sales planning, and help upsell products while maintaining responsive service across calls and emails. A positive attitude, strong communication, and reliable time management are essential.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years’ experience with interior building products is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in developing L&W solutions to meet their needs.
• Discuss features and benefits of products and services.
• Establish rapport with new customers and nurture relationships with long term customers.
• Solicit feedback from customers on products and services.
• Coordinate delivery requests to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the development of branch sales plan and strategy.
• Assist in design and execution of merchandising strategy.
• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions, up-selling additional products and supplies for each job.
• Answer incoming phone calls and emails to assist customers in a timely manner.
• Accept payment and apply it to the appropriate customer account.
• Arrange with the warehouse for customer product pickup.
• Reorder products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns, should they arise.

ABC Supply Interiors delivers the products and capabilities offered by a national distributor paired with the service and personal touch usually found only in a locally owned business.

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will provide assistance to customers as they purchase the materials they need for a variety of building projects. From the moment you greet customers until their sales have been finalized, you will provide them with superior service and building material expertise.

Specific duties may include:

• Assisting customers in developing L&W solutions to meet their needs
• Discussing features and benefits of products and services
