Job summary

ABC Supply Co. Inc. is seeking a Customer Sales Associate in Flagstaff, AZ to help customers select roofing, siding and window products and to process orders. You will work closely with the warehouse and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, reliable time management, and a positive, team-oriented attitude to provide top-notch service and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' roofing, siding and windows experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend products and solutions.
• Follow a product/supply checklist and upsell additional items.
• Answer phones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payments and apply to customer accounts.
• Coordinate customer pick-ups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure on-time arrival and accuracy.
• Restock store and warehouse shelves.
• Address and resolve service concerns.

Responsibilities

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up‑selling additional products and supplies
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for
• Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred (roofing supply sales or site work with a crew)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and team player
• Detail and service-oriented
