Job summary

ABC Supply in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an Inside Sales Associate with a passion for sales and world-class service. You will help customers select roofing, siding, and window products, follow a product checklist, and process orders over the phone.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows, strong communication, and solid time management. We offer benefits after 60 days and a team-focused environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows.

Responsibilities

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions.
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and upselling additional products and supplies.
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders.
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse.
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for.
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise.
