Job summary

ABC Supply Co. Inc. is seeking Inside Sales Associates to help customers select roofing, siding, and window products for remodeling projects. You will assist customers, enter orders, process payments, and coordinate pickups with the warehouse.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years’ experience in roofing or related sales, excellent communication, and a service-oriented, team-focused attitude. Benefits include a comprehensive package and vacation/sick time.

Responsibilities

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions.
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-selling additional products and supplies.
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders.
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account.
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse.
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for.
• Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked.
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise.

Pay Rate Information

$24-28/hr. Based on experience & qualifications.
