ABC Supply Co. Inc. is seeking Inside Sales Associates to deliver world-class service supporting roofing, siding and window projects. You will determine customer needs, upsell items, process orders, and coordinate pickups and deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Upsell additional products and supplies per customer job checklist.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payment and apply to the customer account.
• Coordinate customer pick ups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely arrival and accuracy.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns as they arise.

Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday 6:30am- 3:30pm. Saturday 7am-12pm

Specific Duties May Include

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-selling additional products and supplies
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for
• Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise

Specific Qualifications Include

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred (roofing supply sales or site work with a crew)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and team player
• Detail and service-oriented

Pay Rate Information

$27–30/hr. Based on experience and qualifications.
