Job summary

ABC Supply Co. Inc. in Myrtle Beach is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to deliver friendly, reliable service and help customers select roofing, siding and window products.

You will handle phones and orders, coordinate pickups, track deliveries, and support the warehouse team while building lasting customer relationships. If you value teamwork and strong communication, you will thrive on this team with great benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in roofing, siding, and windows preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.

Responsibilities

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions.
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-selling additional products and supplies.
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders.
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account.
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse.
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for.
• Reordering products to keep shelves well stocked.
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise.

Specific duties may include:

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-selling additional products and supplies
