ABC Supply Co. Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Souderton, PA. This role supports customers by identifying needs, recommending products, and efficiently processing orders and payments. You will coordinate pickups, track deliveries, and help maintain stocked shelves while delivering outstanding service.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in roofing, siding, and windows, strong communication, and a team-focused attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and team player
• Detail and service-oriented

Responsabilités

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-selling additional products and supplies
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for
• Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise

Specific duties may include:
