ABC Supply Co. Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to provide unparalleled service as customers purchase roofing, building and remodeling products. You will help identify the right solutions, enter orders, and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure on-time deliveries.

We value a team player with strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach. Pay ranges from $30 to $35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, with competitive benefits.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years’ experience in roofing, siding, and windows preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsabilidades

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-sell additional products and supplies
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for
• Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise

Specific duties may include:

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-selling additional products and supplies
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders

Pay Rate Information

$30-35/hr. Based on experience & qualifications.
