Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Addison, IL to identify customer needs and recommend roofing, siding, and window products. You'll help customers select solutions and process orders.

You will answer phones, enter sales orders, coordinate pickups, and follow deliveries to ensure on-time arrival. 1-2 years experience in roofing/siding/windows preferred; strong communication and teamwork expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow product/supply checklists and up-sell additional products.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payment and apply to customer accounts.
• Coordinate customer pick ups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns as needed.
