Job summary

Intellipet is hiring experienced phone sales professionals to help pet owners choose and enroll in professional dog training programs. This is a consultative closing role in a high-volume call center environment.

You will discover customer goals, address objections, and close higher-value services while meeting sales goals. The position offers uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of phone sales, inside sales, or call center sales experience.
• Proven success closing higher-value products or services through a consultative sales process.
• Experience working toward individual sales goals, quotas, or KPIs.
• Strong discovery, objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Comfort working in a high-volume phone environment and navigating multiple systems.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.

Full-Time | Fully Remote | $21.63/hour + uncapped commission | 40 hours weekly within 8 AM–9 PM CST
Targeted Start Date: November 2nd 2026

About the Role

Intellipet is hiring experienced phone sales professionals to help pet owners choose and enroll in professional dog training programs. This is a consultative closing role for sellers who are comfortable discovering customer needs, handling objections, and closing higher-value services in a goal-driven call center environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of phone sales, inside sales, or call center sales experience
• Demonstrated success closing higher-value products or services through a consultative sales process
• Experience working toward individual sales goals, quotas, or KPIs
• Strong discovery, objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills
• Comfort working in a high-volume phone environment and navigating multiple systems
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

What You’ll Do
