Job summary

MAG Industries LTD in Tyrone, PA is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing wholesale team. The position is a W2 sales role with hourly pay range of $18.00 to $20.00 and weekly Friday pay.

You will respond to leads by phone and email, prepare sales orders and proposals, and work with shipping and fulfillment to ensure orders reach customers on time. 1–3+ years in inside sales or related fields preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years inside sales, customer service, or business development required.
• Strong phone and email communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead Management: Respond promptly to incoming phone and email leads and determine customer product needs.
• Sales: Prepare sales orders, proposals and negotiate to close sales and hit monthly goals.
• Account Support: Maintain and grow existing accounts; upsell and process orders/returns.
• Departmental Teamwork: Coordinate with sales, shipping and fulfillment to ensure order fulfillment.

We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative eager to grow with us, develop their sales skills, and make an immediate impact in a dynamic team environment.

Pay

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour with performance-based incentives
Weekly, Friday pay

Hours

Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Availability for overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management: Respond promptly to incoming phone and email leads. Determine customer product needs and follow up accordingly with customer solutions.
• Sales: Prepare accurate sales orders, product proposals and negotiate with customers to close sales and hit monthly goals through outbound outreach with lead lists and current accounts.
• Account Support: Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular call schedule, and upselling of targeted and new product lines as well as data entry for orders and returns for current customer support.
• Departmental Teamwork: Coordinate with sales, shipping and fulfillment and receiving to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or business development required.
• Skills:
  • Strong phone and email communication skills.
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment and strong follow up skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to understand new products and how to present them to customers quickly and efficiently.
• License/Transport: Reliable transportation to work, remote work possible.
