Job summary

MAG Industries, Ltd. in Tyrone, PA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to help grow our wholesale business. The role offers $18.00–$20.00 per hour with weekly pay, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, and potential overtime based on needs.

Qualifications

1–3+ years of inside sales, customer service, or business development experience.
Strong phone and email communication skills.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and follow up.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Lead Management: Respond promptly to incoming phone and email leads and determine customer product needs.
Sales: Prepare accurate sales orders, proposals and negotiate to close sales and hit monthly goals.
Account Support: Maintain and grow existing accounts with regular calls and upselling.
Departmental Teamwork: Coordinate with sales, shipping, and fulfillment to ensure order fulfillment.
