Compensation for our Inside Sales Representative: Base salary plus very generous commission. Base salary is based upon industry experience. Please not this is not a call center environment. You will be required to work in our offices in West Tampa / Oldsmar.

Location: Oldsmar / Westchase / Citrus Park Area of West Tampa

We manufacture architectural metal products such as doors, canopies, sunshades, brake metal and handrail from our facilities in Oldsmar, Fl. Our customers include chains such as Chipotle and Outback as well as architects, general contractors and subcontractors located nationally throughout the US. We are looking for a very outgoing, professional Inside Sales Representative. You will work out of our office in Oldsmar making outbound sales calls to sell our construction-related products listed above. You will be contacting national chains, architects, construction companies and subcontractors. Experience with construction and or architectural products is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities of our Inside Sales Representative:

• Sell!
• Make 80+ outbound sales calls daily
• Build and maintain lasting relationships
• Manage accounts after sale
• Develop sales proposals, presentations and quotes for customers
• Collaborate with marketing and sales team on marketing strategies
• Maintain up to date understanding of industry trends, products and technical information

Experience / Knowledge / Education

• 2+ years of successful inside sales or outside sales and successful
• 2+ closing experience
• Ability to quickly establish personal relationships with potential and existing clients
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with architectural products and blueprints a plus but not required
• The company offers a very attractive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, 401K with company match as well as a generous paid time off package. We currently contribute 50% of an individual’s health and dental monthly insurance premium. We also offer a casual work environment.
