Job summary

QXO is seeking a full-time Customer Service/Sales Associate in Florida to support price quotes, orders, returns, and product information. You will coordinate deliveries, assist the Outside Sales team, and ensure accurate pricing and service in a showroom setting.

Ideal candidates have front-line customer service and sales experience, familiarity with building materials, and the ability to manage inventory while delivering excellent customer support.

Qualifications

• Previous front-line customer service and sales experience
• Industry experience in construction or building materials a plus
• Stock and organize products in showroom while maintaining accurate inventory
• Customer-facing experience
• Process orders, returns, cancellations, and quotes with accuracy and service
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, team and management
• Willingness to learn and retain product information

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams
• Provide support to Outside Sales team
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services

Shift and Schedule

• Full‑Time Position
• Monday–Friday.
• 7am until work is done, around 4pm
• Flexibility in schedule to accommodate OT/weekends as needed.

What you'll bring:

• Process customer orders, returns, cancellations, and quotes while ensuring accuracy and excellent customer service

• Ability to effectively communicate and follow‑up with customers, vendors, team members, and management
• Eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information
