Job summary

QXO is a leading distributor and installer of building products, based in Raleigh, NC. The role handles price quotes, orders, and inquiries to support both customers and the Outside Sales team.

Full-time, Monday–Friday 7:00 am–4:30 pm, with OT/weekends as needed. Benefits include 401(k), health coverage, PTO, training, and more. Spanish language skills are a plus and prior construction materials experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience required.
• Industry experience with construction or building materials a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management.
• Eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.

What you'll do:

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives

Shift and Schedule

• Full-Time Position
• Monday–Friday, 7a.m. to 4:30p.m.
• Flexibility in schedule to accommodate OT/weekends as needed.
