Qualifications

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (training/fees provided).
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls to provide a positive, personalized sales experience.
• Assess customer needs and recommend coverage options accordingly.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GEICO products and cross-sell where appropriate.

• Compensation & Incentives:
  • BaseSalary: $24.50-$35.61/hour ($49,367-$71,754annually) .
  • Performance Incentives: Earn up to an additional $60,000 annually.
  • Differentials: +10% for evening shifts; +20% for weekends.
  • Bonuses: $1,500 sign-on for licensed candidates (Personal Lines or Property & Casualty).
