About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll join an experienced and supportive sales team where your focus will be on landing and expanding new business opportunities. This role is ideal for a motivated salesperson with a strong outbound mindset and a passion for selling IT solutions. You’ll be given the tools, leadership, and autonomy to thrive in a results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to close
• Drive outbound efforts while leveraging inbound and partner-sourced leads.
• Collaborate with channel partners to grow and convert opportunities.
• Utilize Salesforce and ZoomInfo to manage pipeline and track progress.
• Work closely with leadership in weekly 1:1s and team huddles to stay aligned and supported.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling IT services or products.
• Strong understanding of data backup, recovery, and/or cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Comfortable driving outbound activity and self-generating pipeline.
• Based in the Greater Phoenix Area (Remote Work).
• Competitive base salary ($65k) and commission structure
