We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative for a reputable Medical Device Company.

**THIS IS A REMOTE - 14-WEEK PROJECT**

Requirements:
  • AA/BS/BA or equivalent practical experience; preferred
  • 2+ years inside sales, direct sales, customer service or telemarketing experience; preferred
  • Prior service contract selling experience, strong customer service skills, confident, professional, and a self-starter
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to cultivate positive client relationships
  • Proven sales success record
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prospect, build a pipeline, and manage opportunities through the sales cycle; discuss solutions with decision makers
Responsibilities:
  • Introduce client’s service contracts to current customers
  • Establish new business through email and outbound calls
  • Target biomed and materials management departments initially
  • Identify decision makers and review service options to close sales
  • Assess current equipment and warranty terms for suitable service contracts
  • Send formal service menu documents to customers
  • Follow up via calls and emails for feedback
  • Understand customer needs and propose solutions for extending or upgrading services
  • Develop solutions aligned with client goals based on discussions
