Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Philadelphia, PA to grow our client base and drive revenue in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will engage with former and prospective clients, meet targets, and collaborate with referral partners while representing the organization professionally in the healthcare community. This on-site role requires 1+ year of sales and customer service experience, strong communication, and proficiency with EMR systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong phone presence and comfort with high-volume outbound calling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a persuasive yet active-listening style.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan your day and prioritize competing demands independently.
• Empathy for clients and families receiving care.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Excel), EMR systems, and general accounting software.
• Familiarity with web-based home health database software.
• Preferred: 1+ years of recent experience in a home care agency, marketing role, or other healthcare setting.
• Preferred: Experience working with consumers, seniors, and their families.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Medicaid and home care waiver programs, including CHC.
• Preferred: Experience with HHAeXchange.

Responsibilities

Position Title: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Compensation: $50-60K annually

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

On-Site or Hybrid: On-site
