What You'll Do

• Process all customer transactions accurately and timely including sales orders, inquiries, quotes or returns
• Obtain accurate information relating to shipment dates and expected dates of delivery
• Educate customers about product features
• Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing satisfaction and resolve complaints
• Respond to requests for product and company related information
• Communicate unexpected increases or decreases in demands for product to the operations team
• Maintain proficiency in using personal computer, including company software, SAP and Microsoft Office
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Present a professional image at all times to customers and constituents, both in person and over the phone
• Support outside sales efforts as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

• 1-5 years experience in an inside sales office environment
• SAP experience a plus
