Job summary

SmartFinancial in the United States is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive growth through high-volume outreach, product education, and deal closures. You will manage the full sales cycle, nurturing relationships with insurance agents and agencies while using our CRM systems to track activities.

The role rewards performance with uncapped commissions and bonuses, comprehensive health insurance, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Ability to connect with clients quickly and effectively.
• Strong phone and interpersonal skills for handling objections.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Background in B2B sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, Solar, Digital Marketing, or B2C sales.

What You’ll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be an integral part of our team, and you'll be tasked with:

• High-Volume Outreach: Conduct 150-250 outbound calls daily to insurance agents and agencies.
• Sales and Education: Educate potential clients about our products and services, and drive sales.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets.
• Client Relationship Building: Network and establish strong relationships with new clients.
• Sales Cycle Management: Handle the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

What We’re Looking For

• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Preferred Experience: Background in B2B sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, Solar, Digital Marketing, or B2C sales (e.g., debt consolidation, tax relief, insurance).
