SmartFinancial in Henderson, NV is seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join our growing sales team. You will conduct outbound calls, present insurance product options, and connect customers with licensed agents to obtain quotes.

The role emphasizes high-volume calling, strong communication, and a passion for technology sales. We offer uncapped commissions, paid training, and performance bonuses within a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, telemarketing, or technology sales is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make 200+ outbound calls per day to prospective customers and introduce products.

We offer Uncapped Commission: Our top reps are earning $80-90k in commissions and performance bonuses! We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, reviewing insurance product options and connecting with our licensed agents. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for technology sales, and the ability to engage customers effectively through warm calling techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct 200+ outbound calls/day to prospective customers to introduce products and services.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings to address customer inquiries effectively.
• Encourage the customer to receive a competitive quote from a licensed agent
• Engage in warm calling strategies to build rapport with potential clients.
• Meet or exceed daily call quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or technology sales is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build rapport with customers in a fast-paced environment

• Remote ? Move to In-Office (Las Vegas, NV ? near the airport) in 2026
