Job summary

Echo Global Logistics is hiring in Nashville for a sales role starting Jan 2027 and Jun 2027 classes. You will build your own book of business from day one, making outbound calls and using Salesforce to create a robust pipeline.

You’ll negotiate pricing, close deals, and partner with customers to solve real logistics challenges. You’ll receive a structured 6-week onboarding program, classroom training, dedicated manager support, and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or 0–2 years related experience.
• Ability to build a book of business from day one.
• Willingness to learn and be coached in a fast-paced environment.
