Job summary

TAMCO TOOLS is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role handles incoming phone calls, processes orders, and supports outside salesmen by delivering prompt, accurate information in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of inside sales experience, ERP/CRM familiarity, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively while maintaining a customer-centric attitude.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of inside sales experience.
• ERP experience preferred.
• Expediting, order entry, and purchasing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer orders and phone calls; assist outside salesmen; act as liaison with shipping department and back order management.
• Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
• Enter sales orders and applicable production data.
• Confirm processing costs and processing orders.
• Track and expedite sales and processing orders as required.
• Dispatch customer orders when ready; locate trucks, ships and tracks customer orders.

TAMCO TOOLS is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This position involves taking incoming phone calls, processing orders, and assisting outside salesmen. This employee will be responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum Two (2) Years Related Inside Sales Experience
• ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Systems Experience Preferred
• Expediting, Order Entry, and Purchasing Experience, A Plus
