Job summary

System Service & Engineering, a Fidelity Company, seeks a Service Coordinator to prepare estimates and build relationships, helping customers find the best HVAC, electrical, and plumbing solutions. You’ll work with a collaborative team, support technicians, and drive growth.

You’ll collaborate across offices to ensure accurate proposals, timely updates, and exceptional service while meeting sales goals and maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing industries.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to learn and navigate company software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable, trustworthy, and professional in appearance and manner.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and prepare proposals for minor repairs and replacements across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing trades.
• Partner with vendors to secure competitive pricing and order and track required parts and materials.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and prepare detailed, accurate proposals.
• Close sales while developing and maintaining strong, trust-based customer relationships.
• Stay current on industry trends, products, equipment, and technologies.
• Consistently meet or exceed established sales goals and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with office staff, technicians, and management to ensure accuracy and efficiency in estimates and proposals.
• Provide customers with timely updates regarding proposals, parts, scheduling, and the status of their service or repair needs.
• Support the Customer Service team by assisting with incoming phone calls as needed and ensuring customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
• Demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills while effectively managing multiple priorities.

Work Schedule
