Job summary

Jobtailor in Fredericksburg, VA seeks a sales coordinator to be the primary contact for customers and prospects in equipment sales. You will manage field reps’ calendars, schedule appointments, and follow up on leads, while creating quotes as recommended by the sales team.

The role requires strong communication, travel willingness for product training, and solid PC skills (MS Word/Excel/Outlook, Google Suite; SAP preferred). This is a full-time position based in Virginia.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in a sales-driven environment, preferably industrial.
• Experience making prospecting calls (warm and cold) in a goal-driven setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to travel for product training classes.
