Handyman Connection, a locally owned home improvement company serving the Lexington metro, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our fast-paced local office. The role supports daily posting for social media, handles customer interactions, and works with a team committed to excellent service and quality workmanship.

The position offers traditional business hours with opportunities for bonuses. Both part-time and full-time arrangements may be available, with a friendly, professional office

Qualifications

• Strong telephone and written communication skills.
• Daily posting for social media.
• Daily and weekly goals for new work orders, utilizing existing database and lead generation.
• Proposal typing and job pricing.
• Dedication to excellent customer service.
• Outgoing personality; enjoys working with people.
• Able to manage small business details while working independently.
• Manage time and responsibilities - scheduling, customer support, job tracking, billing, staff communications, phone calls, etc.
• Confident with typical office equipment and computer skills - especially Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of home repair and light remodeling.
• Experience in a Customer Service Role or Telemarketing Role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post daily for social media and engage with prospects.
• Assist with proposal typing and accurate job pricing.
• Support day-to-day office operations and customer communications.
• Maintain schedules, track jobs, and assist with billing and staff communications.
