Position Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be one of the first points of contact for potential customers and play an important role in creating a positive first impression of our company.

You will connect with homeowners who have expressed interest in our products, answer questions, provide information, and schedule appointments with our Project Managers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with people, building relationships, and working toward performance-based goals.

No cold calling is required!All calls are focused on connecting with interested customers and helping them take the next step in their remodeling journey.

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes an hourly wage and an incentive program designed to reward successful appointment setting and strong performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online chat in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle inbound calls and make outbound follow-up calls, averaging approximately 35 calls per hour.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for our Project Managers.
• Coordinate sales representatives’ schedules to ensure efficient appointment management.
• Follow up on previous quotes to identify new sales opportunities and generate additional revenue.
• Deliver excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving issues effectively.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and protect confidential customer information.
• Represent the company positively in every customer interaction.
