Job summary

Construction Materials Group is seeking a Building Materials Sales Associate to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service and drive sales in our showroom and warehouse. You will educate customers on concrete products, present recommendations, process orders, and collaborate with the sales team to meet targets.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or construction-related field is a plus
• Proven customer service experience with practical, hands-on knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems

• Self education on concrete products and construction paractices
