Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to help customers select roofing, siding and window products and manage orders in a fast-paced wholesale environment. Monday–Friday 6:30am–3:30pm, Saturdays 7am–12pm, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, upselling products, answering phones, processing sales orders, coordinating pickups, tracking deliveries, reordering stock, and resolving service concerns to ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Detail- and service-oriented mindset.

• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer's job and up-selling additional products and supplies.
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders.
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account.
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse.
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for.
• Reordering products to keep shelves well stocked.
• Addressing and resolving service concerns.

Pay Rate Information:

$27-30/hr. Based on experience and qualifications.
