ABC Supply Co. Inc.

in New Castle, PA is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to help customers select roofing, siding, and window products and to process orders with accuracy and professionalism. You will build product knowledge, upsell where appropriate, answer phones, enter sales orders, collect payments, coordinate with the warehouse, and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining a high level of service for every customer.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in roofing, siding, and windows preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Basic computer skills and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and upsell additional products and supplies.
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders.
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account.
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse.
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for.
• Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked.
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise.

Specific Duties May Include
