ABC Supply Co. Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Missouri to help customers select building products for roofing, siding, and windows. You will answer phones, enter orders, upsell, and coordinate pickups with the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

• 1–2 years' experience in roofing, siding or windows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend products and solutions.
• Follow checklists for each customer’s job and upsell additional products.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payments and apply to customer accounts.
• Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure on-time arrival and accuracy.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns as they arise.

Monday-Friday 7am-5pm Saturday 7am-11pm

Specific Duties May Include

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions


• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up‑selling additional products and supplies


• Answering telephones and entering sales orders


• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account


• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse


• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for


• Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked


• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise

Specific Qualifications Include

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred (roofing supply sales or site work with a crew)


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
