ABC Supply is the nation's largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products. Inside Sales Associates provide unparalleled service as they help customers purchase the products they need to complete roofing, building, and remodeling projects.

Specific duties include determining customer needs, recommending products, entering sales orders, processing payments, coordinating pickups, and ensuring on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Detail and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers' needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow product/supply checklist and up-sell additional products.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payment and apply it to the customer account.
• Coordinate customer pick ups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure on-time arrival and accuracy.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns.

Shift Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm - Friday 8am-3pm

Specific duties may include:

• Determining customers' needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer's job and up-selling additional products and supplies
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for
• Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise

Specific qualifications include:

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred (roofing supply sales or site work with a crew)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Basic computer skills
