Job summary

ABC Supply Co. Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to help customers select roofing, siding, and window products and provide excellent service.

You will handle orders, process payments, and coordinate pickups with the warehouse, contributing to timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of related experience, strong communication, and a team-oriented, service-minded attitude.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Detail and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions.
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-selling additional products and supplies.
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders.
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account.
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse.
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for.
• Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked.
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise.
