Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers.
• Generate repeat customers by persistently following up with existing customers via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication.
• Track sales cycle progress monthly and quarterly to meet customer acquisition goals.
• Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs are met.
• Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal.
