Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. in Exeter, PA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our automotive aftermarket team.

You will build relationships with an established customer base and develop new business while representing one of the industry's leading distributors. In this role you will drive sales from a base of shops and retailers, engage customers by phone, meet activity goals, and grow accounts through proactive outreach.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or account management preferred but training is provided.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive, motivated mindset and comfortable asking for the sale.
• Organized and able to manage multiple customer relationships.
• Automotive enthusiast; you are encouraged to apply.

What You Wil Do...

Help automotive shops, retailers and enthusiasts find the right aftermarket products, from performance and off-road parts to truck accessories, wheels, tires and other automotive products. This is an inside sales role where you'll spend much of your day speaking directly with customers by phone, developing existing accounts and identifying opportunities to grow their business. You'll have clear sales and activity goals, along with the training and support needed to achieve them.
