Express Employment Professionals of Centennial is partnering with a local company to hire Inside Sales Representatives in Englewood, CO. These are newly created positions designed to support the company's continued growth while creating a development path toward future National Account Manager opportunities.

This is a fully in-office sales role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, making outbound calls, and helping customers solve problems.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of inside sales, SDR, BDR, account management, or customer-facing experience.
• Strong phone presence and communication skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

What We Look For:

• 1-3+ years of inside sales, SDR, BDR, account management, or customer-facing experience
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• Comfortable making 50-100+ outbound calls per day
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
• Construction, industrial, rental equipment, or supplier experience is a plus
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
