Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate effectively and work a flexible schedule when needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound calls to promote products and services, strengthen established accounts, and develop new business.
• Analyze account activity to identify growth opportunities and address declining sales.
• Provide incoming phone support for customer service and technical questions.
• Recommend products, substitutions, and solutions based on customer needs, availability, pricing, warranties, and delivery timing.
• Prepare and process accurate quotes and orders, including pricing, quantities, shipping details, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain current customer, account, and sales activity information in CRM systems.
• Meet established phone and sales activity standards while expanding product and industry knowledge.
• Support quality and process-improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

Preferred Skills

• Automotive aftermarket industry experience
• Prior sales or account management experience
• Some college coursework or a degree
• Experience training or educating customers on online tools or system features

Work Environment

• Primarily sedentary work requiring extended periods of sitting and frequent computer, keyboard, and mouse use
• Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds
