Job summary

QXO is seeking a full-time Customer Service/Inside Sales representative in New Jersey. The role focuses on handling quotes, orders, returns, and inquiries, while supporting the Outside Sales team and maintaining product knowledge for customers and vendors.

Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, adhering to pricing policies, and contributing to telemarketing objectives. HVAC experience is strongly preferred, with bilingual Spanish a plus, to better serve a diverse customer base.

• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.

What you'll do:

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams
• Provide support to Outside Sales team
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services

Shift and Schedule

• Full-Time Position
• Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Saturdays every other week, 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
• Flexibility in schedule to accommodate OT as needed.

What you'll bring:

• Previous front-line customer service and sales experience
• Industry experience with construction or building materials a plus
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management
• Eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information
• HVAC experience (field experience or with a distributor) strongly preferred
