Job summary

QXO, a leading distributor and installer in the building products market, seeks a customer service and sales support specialist in the United States. You will receive quotes, process orders, coordinate deliveries, and assist the Outside Sales team to ensure accurate pricing and on-time fulfillment.

The role emphasizes frontline customer service, consistent communication, and learning extensive product information.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience required.
• Experience with construction/building materials a plus.
• Spanish language skills a plus are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.

What you’ll do:

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives

• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services

What you’ll bring:

• Previous front-line customer service and sales experience
• Industry experience with construction or building materials a plus
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management
• Eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information
