IKO North America is looking for an Inside Sales Associate to join our Liberty Roofing Center location in Beaver, PA. The ideal candidate will be involved in supporting our customer base, processing orders, and providing sales assistance in a positive and professional environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.

• General understanding of Sales and Customer Service.

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers and Territory Sales Representatives to support customer base.
• Outbound sales phone work, contacting potential prospects.
• Process orders and paperwork.
• Assist customers with product requirements, delivery concerns and pricing.
• Provide sales support for walk-in customers.
• Follow up on inquiries from customers or administration in a timely fashion.

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Liberty Roofing Center location in Beaver, PA.

Responsibilities

• Work with both customers and Territory Sales Representatives to provide support for customer base
• Outbound sales phone work, contacting potential prospects and passing pre-qualified leads to territory sales rep
• Process orders and paperwork
• Assist customers with product requirements, delivery concerns and pricing
• Answer incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner
• Provide sales support for walk in customers
• Timely and effective communication
• Follow up on inquiries from customers or Liberty administration in a timely fashion
• Attend meetings, functions and company provided training as required
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Any other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications
